Our hand crafted leather patch hats are made-to-order, and customized with care. Our hats are crafted using guinine suede leather with a patended high quality sealant to preserve the natural tanned hide while creating a water and weather resistent finish. Our leather is special ordered from the USA, laser engraved, and hand finished to provide the highest quality available.
We use a technical process utilizing specialized bonding agents to adhere the patch to the hat without the need for stitching. We apply our patches by hand, insuring quality every step of the way. As we use a laser engraving process our hats can have some charring of the leather. This charring adds to the depth and beauty of the patch.
While our high quality leather with water resistant coating is able to get wet, we do not recommend washing our hats via submersion, or using harsh chemicals for the cleaning process, as this may weaken the bonding agents used. Our gen 2 hats work as hard as we do, but we've priced these so that when they are ready for retirement a new quality hat isn't going to break the bank.

Leather Patch:
100% vegged tanned genuine leather. This tanning process uses no harsh chemicals. During the tanning process this leather is also infused with a proprietary protectant to provide weather resistance.
As we use genuine leather, each patch will have small variations depending on the hide itself, this adds to their uniqueness.
It is not uncommon for patches to arrive with char residue, this is a byproduct of the laser cutting process. Excess char will settle in over time.

Patch sizes: Centered, approximately 2.5" x 1.5", depending on patch selected. Offset, approximately 1.5"x1.5". Customized to for your logo, demensions vary, but will be approximately 2.5" in width.
